While each site is uniquely different, there are three key steps to the SoleKIDs program. Each practice contains The Lesson, The Run, and The Game.
Custom 5K Race
After each program, your SoleKIDs runner will celebrate their 8-week season with a signature 5K race. Every finisher receives a medal. Top runners receive a trophy.

Hi, I'm Coach Kamille
Hello!! I’m Coach Kamille and I began the SoleKIDs Seattle Program in 2020. Since 2017, I’ve been a SoleKIDs coach in Boise, Idaho. When my career in education led me to Seattle, I knew I had to bring this amazing program to the surrounding communities!
SoleKIDs brings the best of both, the individual and the team, together in one cohesive arena. With the help of our fantastic curriculum, SoleKIDs coaches will foster a community of runners that takes pride in themselves and their team. We will train together and end the season with a 5k that will showcase all the progress and hard work from the season.

Real Success Stories
Thousands of happy runners
In January 2017, SoleKIDs was born. In March 2017 thirty runners were ready to start the first ever SoleKIDs program. Over the next five seasons, thousands have participated and even more have crossed the SoleKIDs 5K finish line.
In January 2020, co-founders Jamie and Jonathan Stevens accepted the Idaho’s Brightest Stars Award by Serve Idaho, the Governor’s Commission on Service and Volunteerism on behalf of all of TEAM SoleKIDs.
I, Sahara, free myself from all doubt when I run. When people run there’s always a tiny voice in your head saying “Stop. You can’t do this. You aren’t fast enough. You won’t finish. You can’t endure this.” , or somebody outside your head makes you feel bad about yourself. This voice does not tell you that you are good at what you do therefore is something I won’t listen to. I’m not saying some people will stop trying to make you feel bad but you can always make that voice inside your head that tells you that you can’t do it say that you can. Therefore, eliminating all self-doubt. Everyone can tell you that you can’t do something, but it is up to you, who decides to believe it. So you have to ask yourself, “Do I want to be known as a person that gives up or should I be the one that never gives up?” And when you find you can answer that questions honestly, you can be whatever you want, do what you want to do and be great at it.
So in conclusion, I will listen only to the people that encourage me and listen to the voice that tells me that I can’t give up. And I will be the best I can be.
